Not Eligible

  • Opened or used e-liquids (hygiene reasons)
  • Used disposable vapes
  • Products with removed security seals
  • Items damaged through misuse
  • Products purchased over 30 days ago (unless faulty)

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email support@vapesuperstore.co.uk with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

Get Your Returns Label

We'll email you a pre-paid returns label and instructions within 24 hours.

Pack & Post

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the returns label and drop it at your nearest Royal Mail post office or collection point.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 working days to your original payment method.

Faulty Products

If you receive a faulty product, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. For manufacturer faults within 6 months of purchase, we cover all return postage costs.
