We dispatch orders 7 days a week from our London warehouse, with same-day dispatch available until 10PM on weekdays. Choose the delivery option that suits you best.

Same-Day Dispatch
We dispatch orders placed before 10:00 PM Monday to Friday and before 3:00 PM on weekends the same day. Orders placed after these cut-offs will be dispatched the following day.
Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses, as well as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. Please note that delivery to these areas may take an additional 1-2 working days.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
Click & Collect
Collect your order for free from our London warehouse. Simply select "Click & Collect" at checkout and bring a valid photo ID when collecting. Available Monday to Friday, 10am–5pm.

Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your privacy. There is no mention of vaping products on the outside of any parcel.
Age Verification
As a responsible retailer, all orders require age verification. You must be 18 or over to purchase vaping products. Our couriers may ask for ID on delivery — please ensure the recipient can provide valid photo identification if requested.
