How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing fault, contact our support team at support@vapesuperstore.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video demonstrating the fault. We'll assess your claim within 48 hours and arrange a replacement or refund.
